  • For an assisted decision to choose Providers, we offer interactive & extensive information regarding Provider details as well as Health care comparison in terms of Services, cost, Provider grading, distance, etc.

  • Users need not depend on experts for services like Claim Intimation, updating banking details, Tariff comparison, Policy documents, Insurance cards download, claim history, etc.; for any Query/request and Service request can also be raised at an instance and same goes with providing Feedback.

  • Apart from the regular benefits, clients get to access their Fitness assessments through Active Days, Active Age & Healthy Heart Score. For a healthy assessment, clients are assigned scores in Health wallets which can be exchanged during Policy renewals for Premium discounts. A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) can be followed by Health Tips, ‘Doctor on Chat’ or Physical consultation along with booking Lab Tests and ordering medicines online.
